About the company

Plant and Gather Forest Farm is located 45 minutes north of Asheville, NC. We have a 156 acre wilderness forest farm. There are hiking trails which go all the way to the top of the south facing sunny holler, an 1,100 elevation gain. Giant moss covered rocks, springs flowing into the branch and long range views of the mountains await you and your family. It is a great place to forest bath or read a book. We are pioneering an innovative approach to land use, wilderness preservation and community supported agriculture. Our traditional and forest gardens produce a bounty of medicinal and culinary herbs, fruits, nuts, vegetables, berries, mushrooms, honey, heirloom seed and nursery plants. Come check out our farm.
