Thanks for stopping by! My name is Amy Obenour and I have been a credentialed teacher at Saratoga High School for 26 years. I got into teaching behind the wheel driving lessons after realizing there were not many female driving instructors out there nor brave adults to take on this challenge!So are you looking to book your teenager's behind the wheel driving lessons? Have they passed their California Permit test yet and have a Valid California Permit? If the answer is yes, then, you have come to the right place. I drive to most areas in Santa Clara county. I pick up and drop off from home or your child's high school. Let's get your child's first behind the wheel lesson booked!   Let's schedule just the first lesson, so I can get started teaching all the skills they need to practice to become a safe and skillful teen driver. I will then suggest dates and times for the 2nd and 3rd lesson at the end of the first lesson.  The cost of my three 2-hour behind the wheel lesson package is $500.00.  You can pay cash or check at the first lesson.  Checks should be made out to: Economic Driving School.  Student driving lessons will be piggybacked one lesson to another. Once they have had their permit for 6 months and have practiced with you (the parent) for the 50 state required hours...I am available to schedule another 2 hours refresher lesson closer to their DMV test date to review what is expected of them on their behind the wheel test. This refresher lesson will include a complete review of our comprehensive A-Z checklist and a review of what to expect during the behind the wheel test at the DMV. The cost of that 2 hours lesson is $200.00 You can also schedule a lesson if you want me to teach them how to drive carefully over Highway 17....Yes, can you believe it?....I will practice with them driving over Highway 17...It sounds crazy I know..but it helps to have an instructor brake on my side!
