Eye Odyssey § Please cancel or reschedule all Appointments at least 24 hours prior to the start of service. Otherwise, a $50.00 cancellation fee will be applied. § Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service. This will allow you ample time to fill out client forms, and relax for a few moments before your appointment. Whilst enjoying a glass of wine, tea, premium artesian water, fresh strawberries, or fine belgium chocolates before your Lash enhancement experience. Preparing for your Lash Appointment: § Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service. This will allow you ample time to fill out client forms, and relax for a few moments before your appointment. Whilst enjoying a glass of wine, tea, premium artesian water, fresh strawberries, or fine belgium chocolates before your Lash enhancement experience. § Please DO remove all eye make-up before your consultation and prior to receiving your eyelash extension treatment. § If you are a contact lens wearer, wear your glasses to your appointment. § As you will be reclined for 1-2 hours, please be sure to wear comfortable clothing. However do not hesitate to inform me of further needs that you may require while relaxing. § As a courtesy, please turn off or silence your cell phones during your appointment. § Please do not bring children to your treatment nor any persons that are not receiving services as space is limited. A 15% service charge will be added to all service treatments
