About the company

Welcome to our boat booking page. Here you can view all the boats we have with their current live availability. Please note you may only book a boat if you are a full or associate member of Poole Yacht Club. If you are a Youth Member under 18 years your parent must book on your behalf and they will be responsible for any damage. To helm and crew a boat you must be competent to sail in the current and forecast weather conditions for when you book it. Booking and Payment It is a condition of booking that payment must be made in advance. All booking must be made through the website. Boats cannot be held or reserved without payment. Boats cannot be booked on a Monday evening or a Wednesday evening when they will be in use by those taking part in the Monday Improver group or the Wednesday evening sailing training. Bookings are on a first come first served basis. Payment is the only way to confirm a booking.Time KeepingIf you book a boat it is only booked for the period in question (please note you need to arrive early to prepare or rig your boat, otherwise rigging time will be included in your booking period) Because bookings run back to back boats need to be in their allocated space available for the next person at the end of your booking. Please leave the boat in exactly the same condition as you found it. Repairs/Maintenance If you find anything missing or in need of maintenance/repair please report this immediately to the PYC office and also to the named members below so that the boats are kept in great condition for all of us to use. Please ensure you sign the boats in and out on the forms located outside the changing rooms and report any maintenance issues on them. If you are unsure of the weather conditions on the day you wish to book, do not book. The booking system will allow you to book up to 1 hour before your time.
