Do not schedule the tan before practice or you will sweat it all off :) If tanning right after practice, bring something to wipe off any makeup or sweat. Bring loose fitting clothes and flip flops to change into. i suggest bringing an old bathing suit to get sprayed in. *If possible schedule your tan on the day you don't have practice.Our team
