About the company

Hi, welcome to our page! Set in the village of Rake in the peaceful surroundings of the South Downs, on the Hampshire and West Sussex border (20 minutes from Surrey) our two secure dog walking fields are the perfect places to let your dogs run free! Calvin’s Field (Field 1) is a fully fenced, secure field featuring plenty of different areas for your dog to explore and a couple of benches for you to rest your feet while your dogs explore their surroundings. If your dog enjoys water they’ll also love to take a dip in our little spring-fed pond. Yogi’s Place (Field 2) opened at the beginning of September 2019. The field is fully surrounded by 6ft high stock and chain link fencing plus an additional layer of privacy screening. This is the perfect field to exercise their minds as well as their bodies! As with Calvin’s Field there are lots of trees and bushes to explore but there is also lots of equipment for them to use including a scurry, jumps, weaves, a mini a-frame and see-saw plus our unique purpose built tunnel. There is also seating for you to rest your feet and watch your dog enjoying their surroundings. Each field is available to hire for sole use on the hour every hour and is priced at £10 for 50 minutes for a maximum of 4 dogs per handler. If you’d like to bring more than 4, bookings are available at an additional charge of £1.25 per dog but please note there must be another handler present. You can either book via our booking site here and pay using debit/credit card (just click on the Stripe button) or by email at calvinsfield@yahoo.com. You can also book multiple slots at the same time by using the ‘Add another service’ button. Whilst making your booking please don’t click ‘back’ as this can cause the booking to fail. If for any reason you can’t make your booking please give us at least 24 hours notice and we can rearrange the slot for another time within the next calendar month. We cannot offer a refund or switch bookings between the two fields. Unfortunately if you arrive late for your booking we cannot extend your session as we’ve purposely built in a 10 minute period at the end of the booking to allow for a safer crossover between one booking and the next. If you arrive early for your slot please be respectful to the person before you and wait in the larger car park next to the traffic cones until the previous person has left. Please keep yourselves and your dog(s) inside your vehicle whilst in the waiting area. Both fields are located within the private grounds of the Coloured Ponds Fishery. The postcode is GU31 5DL. Please be aware however that if you are using sat nav this will guide you to the opposite side of the road to the Coloured Ponds. Please look for the large Calvin’s Fields sign which will direct you from the road to the Coloured Ponds car park. When turning off Bull Hill to the grounds of the Coloured Ponds you will enter a large car park which is reserved for customers of the ponds. The car park for Calvin’s Field (Field 1) can be found on the right hand side. If there is someone already in the designated car park then please wait out of sight in the main car park until they have left the premises. If you are sharing your slot with other people please ensure they are aware of the Terms & Conditions. For Yogi's Place parking, please drive to the end of the larger car park and parking is next to the large notice board. Once parked, please walk up the track and you will see the entrance to Yogi's Place on your right-hand side. A dog waste bin is provided next to the entrance of both fields so please pick up after your dog. Unfortunately we don’t have running water to the site so you will need to bring your own water with you for your dog.Our equipment is for canine use only. Do not attempt to jump on or over the equipment yourself. Please note, both of the fields are set within the private grounds of the Coloured Ponds Fishery. Your booking is for the fields only. Do not enter the rest of the grounds. We hope you enjoy your time at the fields.
