*******UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE, CLASSES AT PLUS FITNESS GAWLER ARE POSTPONED************NO CLASSES CAN BE BOOKED, NO MATTER WHAT YOU TRY!!!!**********THE NEW TRAINER WILL BE IN TOUCH, SO STAY TUNED***********Locky has moved on to pastures a-new, so whilst you new trainer settles in, classes will not be run.  They WILL be back on, maybe in a different guise, so stay tuned!!!Welcome to the online booking service for Group Fitness Classes @ Plus Fitness Gawler!  The classes will be run by Locky, your friendly - yet  persuasive - trainer!  Class types and times are below...SPIN (S), Boxing (B), Strength (ST), Bodyweight (BW) and Outdoor (O) classes:Monday - 5.30pm (B), 6.15pm (S)Wednesday - 6.30am (B), 9am (B), 5.30pm (BW)Friday - 9.30am (ST)Saturday - 8am (O), 9am (S) SPIN, Boxing, Strength and Bodyweight classes are 30 mins, Outdoor classes are 45 minsIndoor classes may be held in virtual room or on the gym floor (depending on how busy it is)Outdoor classes are conducted at St. Brigids school oval/asphalt courtIf you book, the class will be on! IMPORTANTYou must book a class within 2 hours...  If you've booked, but don't show.... We're really sorry, but you'll be counted as attending the booked class.  For detailed information on why this is the case, ask Locky!Thanks, see you in class!
