My Independent Business (IB) is contracted to:•          Respond to questions related to policies, procedures and call taking. •          Observe live calls. •          Review recorded calls. •          Provide feedback with opportunities that will help your IB succeed. •          Monitor your client metrics. •          Have One on One sessions initiated by my business or your company.                o   We will go over your metrics and collaborate strategies for improvement. •          Have group sessions to learn from each other.  I strongly encourage we work together to achieve our business goals.  Each week, you can schedule a time that will work best for you.  * * * * * Nardia Tulsie Quality Assurance Performance Facilitator
